There is not much Michaela Lloyd can’t do. As the office manager and lead paralegal at Springer & Steinberg, P.C. in Denver, she is always there to support our attorneys, staff members, and clients. Not only is she capable of completing any task she puts on her to-do list, but she also does everything with a genuine smile and a positive attitude.
Our clients have come to know Michaela as someone they can relate to and trust, no matter what they are going through. She has been in many of their same situations, which lets her put herself in their shoes. She sees her job as one-part legal work and one-part reassuring and guiding clients through tough times.
Michaela joined our law firm in 2011 after a career with another law firm, which followed a career in the food industry. Her culinary background was not quite where she wanted to be, so she shifted gears to find her true passion: legal work for people in need.
When she has some free time, Michaela spends time with her son and cooking around the house. Her chocolate chip cookies are a favorite among our firm and our clients!
“I love learning new things about the law and about people through the work I do with our clients. Any given case may have a major impact on that particular client’s life, so I approach my work with the understanding that it’s not just a bunch of paperwork, but someone’s life and future I am dealing with. After over 15 years in the legal field, I have worked first hand on some of the most difficult cases involving horrifying events and circumstances imaginable. I take great pride in knowing that my work is helping people to heal and move forward on a new chapter in their lives. ” – Michaela Lloyd
