Attorney Zachary P. Reibstein’s father was a trial attorney with the Queens District Attorney’s Office in New York City, which showed him the world of criminal justice at a young age. After attending college in New York, he decided the law was his calling and went to San Diego to complete his J.D. Once his education was complete, he went back to Queens to work as a prosecutor.
In the following years, Attorney Reibstein would continue to explore his career and refine his legal abilities by accepting work in various fields. He was a criminal defense attorney, accepted civil claims, worked with the New York City Police Department union, and acted as an Assistant District Attorney in Nassau County. After moving to Denver in 2018 to start a family, he worked as a prosecutor before meeting Attorney Harvey Steinberg of Springer & Steinberg, P.C., who encouraged him to join the firm and protect peoples’ rights on the other side of the courtroom.
Throughout his career, Attorney Reibstein has landed countless convictions as a prosecutor, many of which involved violent crimes and drug-related felonies. The experiences he earned in that role allow him to better represent our clients today by applying adversarial insight to his casework. As a criminal defense attorney, he rapidly gained a reputation for stopping prosecutors in their tracks when trying to railroad a client into admitting guilt or slipping up.
When he is not working on a case, Zachary can often be found exploring the sights of Colorado, his relatively new home. To exercise, he snowboards and skis.
