No matter your current situation, everyone has a constitutional right to an effective defense. In this country, the government cannot strap you with a conviction and strip you of your freedom unless it proves its case; and there is no one better to pick apart that case than a former D.A. who knows firsthand where its weaknesses lie. I have fought for the vulnerable all my life, and as a criminal defense and personal injury attorney I am proud to continue that fight in a court of law on behalf of my clients.
