Craig Silverman has been practicing law in Colorado since 1981. He has an intentional focus on personal injury representation for plaintiffs, but also has an extensive background prosecuting with the Denver District Attorney’s office. During his 16 years there, he became a familiar name in the courtroom, learning the many nuances and processes of jury trials. Today, the insight and strategies he learned from that role apply directly to his no-nonsense approach to personal injury claims. The people he represents need him to be a strong advocate on their behalf, and he knows it.
In his role as a personal injury attorney, Craig sees himself as a protector for his clients. They have found themselves in a terrible position, and they need someone who is willing to stand up for them. In many ways, this is identical to how he acted as a prosecutor who sought justice for those wronged by criminal offenders. Whether a case needs to go to deposition, mediation, or trial, he is there as a solid support for his clients, just as he has for 22 years.
Growing up here in Denver, Attorney Silverman feels a close connection with the community and his clients. Craig is an award-winning radio host who has been a fixture on Colorado talk radio for decades. Craig gives his views about the news and entertains with a variety of interesting guests and news soundbites. Craig has welcomed attorneys over the years, where prominent lawyers come to relax, tell war stories, and discuss current events.
Craig is also proud to actively participate in charitable efforts. He shows support for the Denver-Jewish community, Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors (TAPS), and the Susan Komen Race for the Cure events.
When he has spare time, Craig can often be found spending time with his wife and kids, playing and watching sports, or just enjoying the day with his dogs.

“My grandfather, Harry Silverman, and my late father, Sheldon Silverman, and my late brother, Bill Silverman, were all brilliant and successful Denver attorneys. I think back to the challenges my grandfather had to face as a young lawyer dealing with a corrupt KKK dominated legal system in Denver. My Dad was part of the greatest generation and showed me the way to be a good man and a good lawyer. I believe in the rule of law and that our adversary system works well when you have a good lawyer.” - Craig Silverman
