Harvey A. Steinberg is the founding partner of Springer & Steinberg, P.C. and a nationally recognized Denver criminal defense attorney. Mr. Steinberg began his legal career in 1978 as a Deputy District Attorney in Colorado’s 18th Judicial District. He served both Arapahoe and Douglas counties until 1985. That year, he partnered with Jeff Springer to form Springer & Steinberg, P.C.. Since then, he has handled some of Colorado’s most complex and high-profile criminal cases.

Known for his aggressive defense strategies, Mr. Steinberg has represented professional athletes, public figures, and clients facing serious felony charges. He has earned acquittals, reduced severe penalties, and protected reputations both inside and outside the courtroom.
