Cielo Lyn Busch is the Director of Legal Administration and Marketing at Springer & Steinberg, P.C. She holds a background in Biology and Biomedical Science from Colorado State University and studied Music Therapy at UW Eau Claire.
Cielo’s career spans various impactful roles. She managed disability programs under the New Mexico DD Waiver for nearly a decade, collaborating closely with government entities. She then led the Sales and Content Department at Blue Deer Digital for ten years, developing expertise in digital marketing and content strategy. Following this, she managed a prestigious law firm in Northern Colorado, further solidifying her leadership and administrative capabilities.
At Springer & Steinberg, Cielo leverages her broad experience in Human Resources, Digital Marketing, and Executive Leadership to streamline operations and enhance digital platforms. Her commitment to excellence and personal growth defines her dynamic approach to leadership at the firm.
Outside of her professional life, Cielo is a devoted mother, a nationally qualified bodybuilder, and a proud owner of a German Shepherd.
