Born in Boulder, Colorado and raised in Kailua, Hawaii, Ryan is a results driven lawyer who works tirelessly to put his clients in the best position possible. Ryan is licensed in Colorado, Minnesota, and Hawaii and started his career handling personal injury matters including traumatic brain injury, spinal injury, medical malpractice, motor vehicle accidents, wrongful death, and uninsured/under insured motorist cases.
Ryan has spent significant time in commercial litigation, and has been recognized in the areas of administrative, regulatory, and construction law by Best Lawyers in America Ones to Watch from 2022 – 2025. Ryan was selected as a member of the 2025 – 2026 cohort for the prestigious Colorado General Counsel Mentorship Program. Ryan is also an in-demand speaker who often presents on several legal topics. Ryan recently secured an $11.9 million award for a client who was unpaid for construction work performed on a luxury hotel.
Ryan is a fifth generation Colorado fly fisherman and was a standout football player at Colorado College. Ryan also enjoys bird hunting, golf, and attending Denver Bronco and Colorado Buffalo football games.
